Zoo Keeper Jake

For school the kids were asked to pick what they would like to be when they grow up and come to school dressed like whatever it is they want to be. Jake is an "animal lover" so it was fitting that he chose to be a zoo keeper. He asked lots of questions like: How close will I live to the zoo? Like one mile away? Do I get to sleep at the zoo with the animals?
It is soooo neat to watch him grow and learn. Dad and I told him we didn't care what he did as long as he was happy doing it.

Luke is very smart....but very stressed to try new things. Usually, once he does it he is happy that he did.

Cole is a very fun little boy. I love being with him. He is excited to try new things. He loves playing sports. And he comes off as not so coordinated...but he is. He taught himself how to ride a bike and a way he went. He enjoys life and makes others happy. I love him.

I walked in to check on the boys and this is what I saw. Luke and Cole holding each other. I loved it. They seem to snuggle together during the night. I love that they sleep together still....but I wonder how much longer it will last.

Our first cavity!!! Oh man. And I brush the teeth. Jake was happy to be there and he got a toy. Hope this isn't the start of a bad habit.

One morning I walked out to the front room and Jake had taken all his little animals out from his bedroom and make himself a little bed. He told me that he was going to stay there and not go to school. The first little bit of Kindergarten was hard for us to get used to. But we adjusted. I loved seeing him snuggled up with his little friends. He says that he is an animal lover.

It's red day at Kindercamp

These are the boys cute buddies. They have fun playing together.

Miss Ali Hoopes is AWESOME. We love her.

Summer is almost over 2009

First day of Kindercamp. The boys really liked going. It was super weird not having anyone at home while they were gone. Good thing another one is on the way. I can not believe they are old enough to go. It was a lot of fun for them.

The kids love playing in the mud. I thought that once we had grass that the kids would stay out of the mud. But they sure do love getting dirty.

Twins ha been fun. I came in one day from doing something and these two cute boys were reading. I love the sweet moments.
Jake was able to go to golf practice with dad. That is always fun for the boys.
