TLC Pre-school Graduates

We have 3 graduates! They are on their way. The boys were excited to graduate. We loved the preschool they attended and are thankful that we had the opportunity to go there. We made some great friends and learned a lot. I am proud of my three boys. They are good kids and they love life. They are happy and love each other (not always, but for the most part). The boys graduated Friday night. They put on the cutest performance. They did 3 cute finger plays and sang 4 really cute songs. One of our favorite songs is, of course, "All of God's Critters." The lyrics are so cute and the boys love it. Pastor Rob plays the guitar and the kids sing along. They think it is the best to play a guitar. The walk around imagining they are playing on one singing it is super cute. Especially Luke he is my musical little dude. He dances and sings and catches on to songs quickly. Here are some cute pics of the kids during their performance.

Our favorite walk.....

One of our most favorite things to do as a family is to take a walk down at the State Park. The boys love it. We get to see the buffalo and elk and the boys love to ride their bikes and play at the park.

Well, we have been NUTS around here. Things have been busy, busy. But good. Travis is coaching golf and that leaves me and the boys home together all day. I know Travis loves it, but mom and the boys miss daddy. But, summer is around the corner and I can't wait. I am sick of this crappy weather. The boys want to play outside soooo bad, but lately the wind has been relentless. There have been only a handful of really nice days. That is a typical spring in Wyoming. Since I was little I remember anticipating summer, after a long winter and a windy, rainy, windy, snowy, windy, spring. Needless to say I am anxiously waiting the warmth of summer. The first thing the boys say in the morning is, "Mom can we ride our bikes?" and "Mom can we play baseball?" and "Mom can we go to the park?" There is not enough summer to get all the things done on our agenda. The boys hate going to bed before the sun. They tell me,"It's not dark yet." And,"Mom I can still hear the birds. Why aren't they asleep?" I love their little sayings. I have to write them down because I forget them so easily.
Luke is my baseball nut. He loves watching it on TV. He is so excited for Jake to start playing. Hopefully we can take the boys to a game in California while we are down there. Luke is good. He hits the ball well and loves to play. Also Luke is obsessed with Star Wars. I wonder if it was coinscedence that is name fits the role perfectly. He has completed Jedi training at with McKay Francom (our neighbors and best friends) and talks about it non stop. Thanks McKay:)
Cole is just happy to be with his brothers. He loves to eat, watch Mickey Mouse and ride his bike. He is my rough and tumble boy. He has absolutly no fear. I swear he'll be the one to brake something. I hope not. He is to fast for his feet and is constantly hitting the ground going 100 miles an hour but hops right up and says,"I'm okay mom" (sometimes he needs to be loved). He loves preschool and keeps up with the big kids. He is outgoing and loves life. He is not picky and could careless what color he gets, but he has to tell me what his outfit is going to be. He is particular about his dress which, cracks me up.
Jake is getting ready for Kindergarten. Actually it is mom that is "getting ready", Jake already is. I am going to do it. I know I can. And I know Jake definatly is excited. He is almost reading and he is a math wiz. We started teaching the kids math in Pre-school and Jake loves numbers. At Kindergarten screening he counted to 65. He knows how to count by 10's and is doing good. I am proud of him but will miss him next year. He started soccer today and the weather was junk, of course. But we are looking forward to watching play this summer.

Here is a glimpse of Easter. We went to California to escape the weather. But it actually wasn't good weather there either. But we had fun. We dyed Easter eggs and took the boys to the L.A. Zoo. Papa told Silver tooth stories, and Gram was a great host. It was nice to get away for a couple of days. Dying Easter Eggs was fun But...the Raven's ate the eggs. Crazy!!! The boys didn't seem to mind that they only found 6 or seven eggs. They had fun. I love watching them have a good time and enjoy their happiness. It is amazing how simple they are. I love that. They were happy just to ride bikes around the block with mom and dad while we were there. I am happy that they enjoy being with Travis and I. I know those days won't last forever.
