For school the kids were asked to pick what they would like to be when they grow up and come to school dressed like whatever it is they want to be. Jake is an "animal lover" so it was fitting that he chose to be a zoo keeper. He asked lots of questions like: How close will I live to the zoo? Like one mile away? Do I get to sleep at the zoo with the animals?
It is soooo neat to watch him grow and learn. Dad and I told him we didn't care what he did as long as he was happy doing it.

okay i can't remember if i ever wrote on your blog to say HI!!! i was so happy to see you and your fam. i have been wondering where you guys were--for some reason i thought san diego, but evanston, right? you have awesome little men and a new little lady--i wonder if she is close to the same age as our newest? he's almost 5 months. so so good to see you and trav nik!!
