One of the adjustments of being in Kindergarten is not being able to do what you want when you want. So when ever a fresh blanket of snow was on the ground from the night Jake wanted to go out an play in it before school. There was many mornings of sledding and playing in the snow before school. Jake would look over at Ottley Park and tell us that we had to wait for him before we would go sledding. But the twins loved to sled too. One morning on the way to school Jake told us to wait for him. I knew that if we did we would not have any snow to sled in. So off we went in just a skiff of snow. Luke and Cole enjoyed the morning with sledding. Jake was sad to find that the sun had melted the snow by the end of school. Sledding has to be one of our favorite activities. Thank goodness since we have 10 months of snow.
